I just write my question in the forum because the only one thing I do not like in Delcampe is that I receive the answers from Delcampe after minimum a week and I think that this is not normal.All other things on Delcampe are perfect!!!!!

My question is about the affiliation program.
I have earned 32.50 Euro which I need to take.Some time ago I received an answer from Decampe.net that I need to reach at least 50 Euro to take them.I saw on affiliation program explainations :

Payments are made if we owe you at least 50 Euros. (Banking fees would be too high if the sum was less than 50 EUros.)


So my question is why the reason that I can not take 32.50 Euro are the high Bank fees when there are so many Payment methods.
For example I would like to receive my 32.50 Euro to www.moneybookers.comLink (http) .

As an affiliate, you already get several payements from us in the past... so, it may be a good idea to avoid other members thinking we stole our affiliates.

The minimum of 50 EUR exists since opening of the program, so it's not a surprise for you.

And finally, my team reply to emails, but first to urgent/important emails... to be honest, we have now more urgent/important emails to reply than giving an explanation over something working well for years.


As soon as you will reach the needed amount, we will be glad to send it to you.

I never tell or have told that Delcampe doesnt pay the affiliate earned money.Yes,I have received several payments and also 2 times Delcampe.net after payments to me forgot to fix that in my account and 2 times after time when I see that my Stats was not changes I told to Delcampe.net to put the sum on my account as "Received payment" so I have prooved that I am honest man.
I just haven't readed the affiliation explaination so when I did it I saw that you wrote that you do not pay less than 50 Euros because of the high banking fee and in the same time you offer a lots of payments methods for payment.That is why it getting strange to me and I asked.
I also have asked Delcampe.net for some things several times and I got answers 1-2 week(s) later.So that I think it is not so normal.
I am on Delcampe since 2001 (started with the nick Ivoshahanov) and I said several times that I am very satisfied from Delcampe.net but sometimes some things must be improved.
For example I had a problem with my Skype and wrote to Skype customer support - I got the answer on the next day (and you know that Skype has also a huge number of members who use it).

I had messages to Delcampe.net for many many things
- to report the cheaters(which were from Romania) which sell a extremelly expensive things and they had good ratings only from eachother and had cheated some good buyers....
- to report a buyer who use 2 nicks (the other was for overbidding himself when he gave up from the item which have bidded on) ..
- to report that auction of mine has a interesting photo I never uploaded( white with some black stireks - a technical problem I think - I saw the same photo on other auctions too)
- to report that on my auction all the selling options were checked which is technical impossible
and more more which I do not remember.

So I pay my fees to Delcampe.net like all members and I just expected to receive quicker answer when I need help.
THAT IS WHY I WAS UPSET and started that discussion.

So if I assulted with something Delcampe.net please excuse me.
