Update to our problem with MoneyBookers -

We were recently able to withdraw money from MoneyBookers by requesting a cheque rather than the electronic payment transfer option. It took about a week and a half for the cheque to get to us in Canada and is a less expensive option for us than the wire transfer. Our bank charges $14.00 for each wire payment but the cheque only cost 40 cents to deposit in the bank. We just hope that things will improve as we know that a lot of our customers like to use this payment option.
